Eligibility for Returns
To qualify:
- Item must be unused and in original condition
- Must include original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
Non-Eligible Returns
- Items that have been used, damaged, or altered by the customer
- Returns requested outside the 7-day window
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photos or videos
- We will arrange:
- A replacement, or
- A full refund, depending on the case
Refund Process
- Once your return is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
- Funds are returned to your original payment method
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- If the issue is our fault (defective/wrong item), we cover shipping
Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged
- Standard exchanges are not guaranteed due to stock availability
