Return Window

  • You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order

Eligibility for Returns
To qualify:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition
  • Must include original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Eligible Returns

  • Items that have been used, damaged, or altered by the customer
  • Returns requested outside the 7-day window

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos or videos
  • We will arrange:
    • A replacement, or
    • A full refund, depending on the case

Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected:
    • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
    • Funds are returned to your original payment method

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • If the issue is our fault (defective/wrong item), we cover shipping

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged
  • Standard exchanges are not guaranteed due to stock availability
